As a parent myself, seeing our kids happy and always trying to find new ways to keep them smiling, is all we ever strive for.
Smileys started from a father and his daughters asking “Dad can you paint my face for Halloween?” they knew I have a passion for art, having done; Tattoo designs, Paintings and sketching but never Facepainting! To make them happy I gave it a go, the reaction on their face after I was done was simply something only a parent will truly understand, she couldn’t stop smiling, she was so happy, I knew from that point this wasn’t going to be the last time I’ll be facepainting!
From there, people were curious, so i would let my brush do the talking, entertaining friends and family on their special occasions and before i knew it, requests were flowing in. I want every family to enjoy the experience we had in their next special occasion.

Delivery fee may apply depending on your location and setting up on a hard surface or artificial grass (this requires multiple sandbags, weighing at 20kg each).

All our castles are in excellent condition and cleaned regularly after every use.
Setup and packing up usually takes about 25mins.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
A deposit of $50 is to be made for all bookings
A more comprehensive Agreement form containing Terms and Conditions, will be given on the day of hire for customers hiring to sign.
No refund for any cancellation after deposit is made, unless there is medical reason or bad weather forecast on the day of the event, customers will receive a full refund in this situation
Smileys may cancel an event anytime due to bad weather conditions such as; rain, strong winds - customers will be compensated accordingly
Smileys is not responsible for any accident or injuries once the castle or any of our equipment is set up. it is upto the customer/organisation hiring our equipment to take care and will be responsible for any damages caused during hiring
Improper use of the castle will result in immediate cancellation of services and deposit

Children must be supervised at all times by persons over 18
Age requirements and limits must be followed, information is usually displayed on the front lower part of the jumping castle, if not, please one of our friendly team member.
